Wind Cave Hike

A couple weeks ago, we drove up to Logan for a family reunion. Karl went on a really cool hike with his parents and cousins while I stayed in the hotel and studied (I know, I am lame but it paid off).

Bountiful Baskets

A friend told me about this really cool program called Bountiful Baskets. Its a food co-op that allows you to purchase produce at really good prices. It is done all of the country, and we love it! At the beginning of the week, you order a basket on their website, and the following week, you go pick it up. Each week, you get a different mix of fruits and veggies, and you never know what you are going to get. We are excited to try all the different things they give us!

Here is what we got this week, all for about 20 bucks! The standard basket is 15 bucks, but we added the Mexican basket where we got onions, garlic, limes, avocados green chilies, poblano peppers, tomatillos, jalapenos, and cilantro. The normal basket had plums, nectarines, grapes, huge mangoes, bananas, pears, tomatoes, potatoes, spinach, lettuce, cauliflower and celery.

Yummy!
