New Apartment's Decorated Living Room

We went on a date to color me mine and made this vase together. Now I just need some flowers to put into it. Hint hint...

The Big 2-1!

My family came into town the week of my birthday so we were able to spend my day with them. It was so great and my mom was wonderful and made my favorite dessert ever, Chocolate Strawberry Crepes. They were heavenly!!!

So when we were dating, Karl made me a really good cake, but the only food coloring we had for the frosting was "pepto bismol" pink. Now I am afraid it has become tradition and I will have a bright pink cake every year. It sure was tasty.

Disneyland!!!

Over the fourth we went to Disneyland with my family and got to see my brother for the first time since he got home from his mission. It was really good to get away from work, but it did not end up being a relaxing vacation. But we had a blast!!!

Check out my high score for the ride at Disneyland that day. #6 baby! It really was enough that I beat my husband and my brothers who all play video games on a regular basis. I think they were all in shock.
